How to cancel or amend your booking


To cancel your booking, first you will need to log on to your BookingBug account at Please use the same details you entered when booking the lessons.

Then click on ‘upcoming’, find the booking you wish to cancel and click ‘actions’. A drop-down menu should appear with the options ‘cancel’ or ‘details’. Click ‘cancel’. You should then receive a confirmation email stating that you have successfully cancelled your lesson.

PLEASE NOTE: due to the popularity of our classes and the limited number available, we cannot offer refunds for bookings cancelled less than 7 days in advance.


To amend your booking, please follow the same process as above, except rather than clicking ‘cancel’ click ‘details’. If you scroll down to the bottom there will be the option to ‘make another booking’, if you follow this link, you will be able to book the class you would like to change to. Once you have booked the replacement lesson, you can cancel the unwanted booking using the same method as above.
